The Far South area is always a great place for people to come and see the aurora.
This photo was taken from an area which is usually covered with trees for harvest.
Recently harvested.lrabing a spectacular view over Southport and Southport Lagoon including the Deep Hole where the Ida Bay Railway tour ends
Spectacular Aurora a few months ago.
We do get the Aurora viewing from Peron Dunes, here in St. Helens. Hopefully I will be able to have a holiday break down the Far South Coast, soon, and if the time is right, view my first Aurora. Nice pic.
